Workload Measurement Models In Hospital: Literature Review

Nurse workload is all activities, actions taken by a nurse while the on duty in hospital service unit. The purpose of this literature to identify which method more effective and efficient measure nurses. Article review was carried out through several electronic databases including Google Scholar, Pubmed with keyword "nurse workload", inclusion criteria included articles published between 2015 2022, full text both English Indonesian. But beyond that, it doesn't mean other methods are ineffective, because each has its own advantages disadvantages, it's up researchers or choose use.
